When did you begin playing?
I started wrestling at the age of six.
Most memorable accomplishments:
Getting trained by Amandeep Sondhi. Getting nationally ranked athlete of the year at my school. Representing Team B.C and Team Canada.
Highlights:
Winning Pan Am Championships; winning Canada Cup Jr. International two times; Victory Cup International Bronze Medalist; two-time National Champion and one time out standing wrestler in Canada; Canada Games gold medal; three-time Western Canada Champion; 2009 Canada Bal Kesri.
What do you love most about your sport?
The fact that it is a one-man sport, and if I lose I have no one to blame but myself.
How do you balance your school life with sports?
I consider school first then wrestling. When I come home from school I finish my homework then train for wrestling.
Who do you consider your support team outside your sport?
Boota Singh Dhinsa, my dad and coach. Avtar Singh Dhinsa, my uncle and coach. Amandeep Sondhi, my cousin and trainer. Nav Dulat, my training partner. Rashpal K. Dhinsa, my mom.
How has this sport influenced your life?
This sport has given me a lot of respect in my community and in other communities.
Advice for aspiring athletes:
Keep your hopes high and keep your eyes on the prize and keep trying hard to achieve it.

Representing Canada on the international stage.
